Terms & Conditions

The Client agrees to purchase all products directly and exclusively from La Prestiga and to resell them only to final consumers at market value or in accordance with the minimum price list provided by the distributor, following the established pricing policy.

The Client is strictly prohibited from selling La Prestiga or Sarah K products to other distributors or consumers outside Lebanon, or from using these products for any marketing or promotional purposes without prior written approval and a signed agreement outlining all related terms and conditions.
